For science geeks like me, the Seattle Museum of Flight is awesome: giant airplanes, multimedia kiosks, and technical history galore!
As a photographer, I’m rarely without my camera gear, and this was no exception. It’s never convenient carrying a huge bag of heavy gear, but somewhere in the back of my mind there’s a voice that says: “You’ll miss something exciting if you don’t bring your camera.” And of course, it snowballs out of control because I can’t just bring one lens and my camera body. What if I need my wide angle? What if I need my zoom? Can I live without a fast lens in low light? Will I need my flash? Bringing a tripod couldn’t hurt, right?
So, I’m that guy that’s dragging a big bag of lenses and accessories around to places that are normally enjoyed unencumbered.
